Hello dear Fyrhùs supporters.

Malcolm and I have just returned from Brighton where we attended firstly the
and the 2026 sauna summit and awards.

FYRHÙS SAUNA was shortlisted as one of the 5 BEST WILD SAUNAS in the UK, and we flew the flag for Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We didn’t win but that doesn’t really matter - what matters is that we were right up there because SO MANY OF YOU TOOK THE TIME TO VOTE!!! We are so truly humbled and thankful to you all from the bottom of our hearts 🙏🏻❤️

We would like to thank so many people for such an incredible weekend and summit. Every day is a school day as they say and we took away so much.

We made new friends in this incredible big UK sauna family and had the unbelievable amount of saunas, took part in Aufguss (the disco inferno one being an absolute fav) rituals and there was a lot of leaf whisking 🍃

We felt so well looked after and the organisation and love and care that went in to this festival and summit was immense.

EXCITING NEWS……
A couple of months ago we had a visitor , the one and only David Honeyman! This Sunday 24th May sees the launch of his YOU TUBE episode featuring his continuing journey along The Moray Coast - and guess what……? We, are featured in this episode. It was all a bit scary but we are over the moon. So if you haven’t done so already give him a follow and subscribe to his YOU TUBE CHANNEL and learn so much about this beautiful country we are lucky enough to call home

Another packed full weekend - thank you to all our local sauna bathers whether a regular or first timer or a not so local holiday maker - we love you all 🔥💦
You bring enthusiasm and willingness to cool off in the sea (at your own risk). It was a windy, stormy, sea but we’ve always got a subtle, careful watchful eye on you and our amazing sauna hosts are always at the ready to advise and help!
