It’s a pleasure to be supporting both Benjamin Simpson and Lewis Simpson from Castle Eden Cricket Club this season !

Both players have been going well and we hope this continues as the season progresses!

⚫🟡 The clubs change of direction 🟡⚫

Our 5 year plan is now into year 3. We are delighted to find ourselves way ahead of where we thought we would be which is allowing us to grow even bigger and faster than we'd planned.

The investment in time and finances has been 2nd to none which is giving us sustainability, something which is forgot about in many football clubs.

Our plan this year is to build a young team to compete in wearside 2.

Players will be rewarded through cash incentives through our sponsorships scheme

Our youth system is thriving with 90 percent of our teams at competing at a high level of football!

We have 9 youth academy players representing our club, one of which is already on a one year contract.

Working with the first team we have PlayerData which allows us to test and track fitness during training and live tracking info during games helping and improving individual performances.

Jordan the club physio has played a massive part in our success also, getting players back on the pitch, so lots of credit goes to Jordan.

Massive applause goes to the crowd, we have seen record numbers through our gates at both our first team matches and also the junior sides matches.

We saw nearly 1900 people around our training ground in the month of May alone!! Again this cements the direction the club is going.
