​Tonight I paid a visit to the brilliant Jeannet, a chiropractor with years of experience under her belt (and a former bodybuilder, so she truly knows the physical demands on the body!). With the physical nature of sports massage, the aches and tightness definitely creep in over time, and she did wonders fixing up my neck and back.
​I was so honored when Jeannet asked if I could give her a massage! I’ll admit I had a few nerves working on someone with so much expertise, but we got fantastic results—and I learned so much from the experience.
​A reminder to everyone: take care of your body, keep learning, and never stop looking after the people who look after you! 🙌
