We still have 1 weigh day left for August tomorrow but what a month it has been so far!!

I'm blown away 😍 by my members results this month!

They’ve lost a total of 34 stone 3.5lbs in August alone!!

I've given out 36 awards....

6 x Club 10 - 10% weight loss!
9 x half a stone
5 x 1 stone
4 x 1.5 stone
3 x 2 stone
1 x 2.5 stone
1 x 3 stone
1 x 5.5 stone
1 x 7 stone
