💪🎶 Move It or Lose It at Auchtercrag! 🌼✨

Our residents at Auchtercrag Care Home got stuck into a brilliant Move It or Lose It class — full of gentle movement, upbeat music and plenty of smiles. These sessions are a fantastic way to keep active, boost confidence and enjoy time together in a fun, relaxed atmosphere 💛

With lots of encouragement from our colleagues and plenty of laughter along the way, it was a wonderful afternoon that left everyone feeling energised and uplifted 🌿✨

A special message from this year’s hostess with the mostess… Michelle McManus 🎤✨

The Meallmore Colleague Awards 2026 are open, and Michelle has a message for residents, families, friends, colleagues and visiting professionals.

These awards are open to everyone to nominate.

So, if there is someone in our home who has made a difference, gone the extra mile, brought kindness to someone’s day, or helped make the home feel warm, welcoming and full of life, now is the time to tell us. 💚

We had a truly heart‑warming day at Auchtercrag Care Home as Barley, our lovely therapy dog, came to spend time with everyone. Her gentle nature, wagging tail and warm cuddles brought so many smiles to residents and colleagues alike 😊🐶

It was a warm and cheerful morning at Auchtercrag Care Home as residents enjoyed a full cooked breakfast — and we captured a truly special moment between our chef Anna and one of our residents 💛
