I have been out walking along the beach listening to the sound of the waves and thinking about next circle on the 1st of August. Looking at how much nature links into spirituality, gives us healing and messages through symbols. In the circle you will be encouraged to understand and connect with your intuition, and develop your psychic abilities. The circle will provide a supportive space for self-discovery and personal growth. You will also understand ways to connect with yourself, your spirit guides, and the world around you by using practices such as reading oracle and tarot cards, meditation, and journaling. Whether you are just beginning your journey or looking to go deeper, this circle is for everyone.

We often feel that unless we are busy and active we are wasting time or missing out. We are told that we learn from books and studying, all of which is true. However, we should not turn from the biggest teacher of all…the natural world around us. This is something that our ancient ancestors knew, honoured and respected. They knew to listen to the sounds of nature and tune in to the earth wisdom. Find a place to sit and just be at one with nature. Make sure you are in a safe area, sit in silence and tune into your breath, the natural sounds around you, feel your heart beating and notice how your body feels. Release all expectations on yourself and thoughts that limit you. Allow time to stand still and just be. You will be amazed by how it grounds and centres you and how much you release, and let go of. Leaving feelings of reverence and being humble of natures energy around you. The more you do this the more you will learn about yourself, how you respond to life, relationships and situations that occur. I took this video while in a corner of an empty beach early one morning.
