Meet Emma Collier, UK Sales Manager
We asked Emma a few questions and this is what she shared!
How have you found your first few months at Cambridge Commodities and what has stood out to you the most about the team and culture since joining?
"My first few months at Cambridge Commodities have been incredibly positive. What has stood out most is how welcoming and supportive everyone has been from day one. There is a genuine willingness to collaborate, share knowledge and help each other succeed. The culture is fast-paced and ambitious, but also approachable and people-focused, which has made settling into the business both enjoyable and rewarding. I've also loved being surrounded by such an awesome sales team. Everyone is incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and there's a real team spirit that makes CC a great place to be. The level of expertise across the business is impressive, and I've already learned so much from my colleagues in a relatively short space of time. Being part of a team that genuinely wants each other to succeed has been one of the highlights of joining Cambridge Commodities."
What are you most excited about as you look ahead to the next few months?
"I'm excited to continue building relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers while developing my understanding of the business and the wider nutrition industry. I'm particularly looking forward to contributing to new opportunities, helping customers achieve their goals, and playing a part in the company's continued growth and success."
