We return to Sutton this Thursday evening and we return to Littleport village hall on Sunday 💕 this may be our last Sutton one for a while as I'd love to prioritise this venue for the summer months. Two spaces have become available for tomorrow evening! Please note if on set up we deem the weather not to be suitable for floating we will have the sound bath in the bell tent instead and you will be refunded £10 of your event ticket or £10 credit for a future event. 💕

Do come and enjoy this gorgeous venue for an hour before the sound bath 6.30-7.30 with hot tub, heated pool, fruits snacks, teas, tennis court, and gorgeous surroundings ☺️ we can't wait! ✨ Then enjoy a relaxing sound experience from 7.30-8.30 💕

Our Sound bath schedule for September is looking busy! We have a lot of variety for you this month, and a super special mention goes out to Gemma from eMotionFit. We are holding our first collaborative event at Victoria Hall Fordham a session to release emotion through connected breathwork and a powerful playlist, followed by our sound bath to soothe and hold your nervous system. We have only a couple of spaces left at FRESH. this month, our floating sessions at Lots Bridge Farmhouse are fully booked but i'll announce if any last minute places become available over on our whatsapp group. There may be last minute spaces available for our forest session weather dependent, stay tuned. We return to Sutton on a Thursday evening, Littleport Village hall has lots of space available, a handful at Positively Magickal Events shop and a handful of childrens spaces and adults spaces for our hammock sessions at The Pole Shed

This Thursday evening! We return to Sutton Ely 💕🪷 for our magical sound bath meditation sessions. We will either be in the hall or out on the grass weather dependent. Come and join us for an hour of relaxation, time to switch off, feel your nervous system get a much needed break and let your mind and body drift amongst the vibrations. Held by myself Laura, a professionally trained musician, music therapist and sound bath practitioner I will take you on a journey through sound and hopefully help you to leave feeling a little lighter.

✨Rain sounds, chimes, gong, crystal and metal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid ocean drum and more l*l your brainwave state into alpha and theta states through binaural beats, where we reach the liminal state, the state where deep meditation is triggered and helps induce calm and a new expansive perspective 🪷

Only £14✨ mats can be provided and some blankets and pillows, but do bring anything that helps you to feel comfortable and cosy 💕 comfy clothes encouraged ###
