Littleport - we have a walking round if you are a non driver. Mixture of hours available must include at least every other weekend. We are a small Company with a great bunch of carers ready to welcome you into our team. Full training given, uniform and DBS provided extra pay for weekends

Ely - looking for carers that have a driving licence to cover Ely and close surrounding areas. Mixture of hours available but must be able to work some weekends and some evenings. Full training provided.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the business while ensuring our clients receive exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the management team in the daily running of the service
Providing guidance and support to the staff team
Assessing potential clients and contributing to care planning
Updating and maintaining care plans and risk assessments
Managing and updating staff rotas
Participating in on-call cover (as required)
Undertaking care work when necessary to support the service
Requirements
Previous experience in care is essential
Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
Alternatively, willingness to complete relevant training for the role
Full UK driving licence is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
A compassionate, flexible, and proactive approach
