Flu & COVID Clinics – Please Check Your Mobile Phone

We have now sent booking links to all patients who are currently eligible for their flu and/or COVID vaccination.

Please check your mobile phone for a text message from the practice containing your booking link and use this to choose a suitable appointment.

If you know someone who may be eligible but does not use social media, we would be grateful if you could please pass this message on to them and ask them to check their mobile phone for their booking link.

If you are eligible and have not received a link, please contact the practice.

Flu & COVID Vaccinations 2026

We have started sending out booking links to eligible patients for this year’s Flu and COVID vaccination clinics.

Please keep an eye on your mobile phone for a text message from the practice containing your link to book an appointment.

If you receive a link, please use this to book into one of our available vaccination clinics.

We are aware that some of our patients do not have a mobile phone or have chosen not to receive text messages from the practice. Please be reassured that these patients will not be missed our Patient Services Team will contact them directly to arrange their vaccination appointment.

There is no need to contact the practice before receiving your invitation thank you for your patience while we work through our eligible patient groups.

The NHS has asked GP practices to reduce the prescribing of medicines that can be bought over the counter.
Many routine hay fever treatments, including antihistamine tablets, nasal sprays and eye drops, are readily available from pharmacies, supermarkets and other retailers.
Your local pharmacist can advise on the most suitable treatment for your symptoms and, where clinically appropriate, may be able to prescribe treatment under NHS pharmacy services.
By purchasing over-the-counter treatments where appropriate, patients help the NHS make the best use of prescribing resources and reduce unnecessary costs associated with medicines that are readily available to buy.
