Celebrating our amazing lead physio at Livebetter Physiotherapy—respected by patients, valued by colleagues, and always giving his all in everything he does 💪🏼
Outside of work, he’s a massive football fan ⚽ and recently stepped into life as U7’s manager at Emsworth Town YFC—fully embracing it (whistle and all 😄).
He’s played a huge part in building Livebetter Physiotherapy into what it is today, with hard work and heart every step of the way.
Most importantly, he’s the best dad and husband —bringing humour, love, and always finding time for a football game with Parker.

A huge congratulations to Mathis & Emily, who welcomed their beautiful baby girl into the world at the end of April. We’re so incredibly happy for them as they settle into life in the newborn bubble 🫧

It had to be done - the doormat has gone! 👋🏼

Since this doormat was placed in clinic at the beginning of the year have not won a premier league game 🫣
So in the depths of despair, it’s a real fight for survival to avoid relegation - the mat is in the bin! Let’s see if we can change Tottenham’s luck 🍀 COYS!!! 🙏

Whatever the reason, we are there for you in the comfort of your own home. Perhaps you’re recovering from surgery or are struggling to move around your home safely. We offer home visits to suit your needs where you feel right at home!

Summer 2025 was kind to us 😃

You hear it all the time, “it’s hard to get that work/life balance right” and it really is! We are very lucky to have the client base we do but it makes it quite tricky to have that important family time!

We got away for 5 days before school started to Devon and it was wonderful. Surfing, swimming, walking and collecting shells - perfect! And the puppy got big 🫣🤣
