VE Day was a real celebration today here at Willow Lodge. With many residents sharing stories of when they were younger, it became a trip down memory lane. The afternoon was spent with the Beautiful Lois entertaining us all with some rousing war time songs that had everyone singing along and waving their flags 🇬🇧

Take pride in our beautiful garden, Lee does an amazing job keeping it maintained, the flowers watered, paths swept….. well…. Until now…. Step aside Lee, there is a new gardener in town….. Tom is one of our gentleman who live with us, I saw him picking up leaves yesterday and so I asked if he would like help…. Tom replied “Can I have a broom?” 🧹
Lee returned armed with broom, watering can, dustpan and brush, and 20 minutes later the garden path was immaculate 🤩 thank you Tom we appreciate you 💞
