Next up, meet our Dementia Care Manager, Matilda Kapita.

With 18 years of experience in health and social care, Matilda is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred dementia care that helps residents maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.

Matilda believes exceptional dementia care is built on meaningful relationships, effective communication and truly understanding each person's unique story. She is dedicated to supporting both residents and their families throughout every stage of their dementia journey.

As Dementia Care Manager, Matilda is committed to inspiring her team to provide compassionate, high-quality care while fostering a positive and inclusive culture where every resident feels valued and supported.

While construction continues, we're already imagining what life at Signature at Enfield will look like.

🌿 Garden progress at Signature at Enfield 🌿

The outdoor spaces are really coming to life! Our landscaping team has been hard at work, and the results are already looking wonderful.

Soft, textured planting beds are filling out beautifully with lavender, ornamental grasses and seasonal shrubs - designed to bring colour, fragrance and interest all year round. A striking decorative screen adds a lovely architectural touch amongst the greenery, while a new pergola frame is taking shape ready for residents to enjoy some shade on sunnier days.

Elsewhere, a smart resin-bound pathway has been laid, and a cosy garden shed and summerhouse area is nearly complete - the perfect spot for residents to relax and take in the surroundings.

There's still more to come, but it's fantastic to see these gardens transform into a space our residents will truly love spending time in. Follow our journey as we near completion! 🌳🧡

Meet Donna Day, our Client Liaison Coordinator.

Working alongside our Client Liaison Manager, Amba, Donna is here to support families as they navigate the care journey, helping them find the right care for their loved ones with warmth, compassion and understanding.

Donna joined Signature in October 2021 as a Receptionist and quickly discovered a passion for working in the care sector. Since then, she has continued to grow within the organisation, developing her skills while making a real difference to the lives of residents and their families.

We're looking forward to welcoming residents, families and the local community when we open our doors later this year.

🌟 Culinary Excellence on Show! 🌟

We're so proud to share that our fantastic Head Chef, Manuel, was recently invited to our sister home, Signature at Hornchurch, to showcase his incredible culinary talents!

Manuel prepared a stunning 3-course meal (including a delicious vegetarian option!) that had everyone talking. From beautifully plated starters to an indulgent dessert, every dish was as breathtaking to look at as it was delicious to eat. 😍🍽️

This is just a small taste of the exceptional dining experience our residents at Enfield will enjoy every day. Manuel's passion, creativity, and attention to detail truly shine through in everything he creates.

Mandy has been part of the Signature family for eight years and brings more than 25 years of experience supporting residential care services and children's social care.

As Business Administration Manager, Mandy keeps the home running smoothly behind the scenes, overseeing everything from administration, recruitment and finance to compliance, audits and supporting our care teams. Her dedication helps ensure our colleagues can focus on what matters most - delivering outstanding care to our residents.
