Finally getting to see the book in real life! I arrived home from ACSM conference in Salt Lake City and the box of books was awaiting me! Ada my daughter helped me unpack them and we took in the experience of its first reveal. We also started a snag list and engaged in some extra level quality control with the help of my eldest daughter Eimíle.

This feels like a special milestone for me, one that I am proud of and will continue to digest in the weeks and months ahead.

I would love to hear about what chapter topics or nuggets of information are standing out to you as you start to explore this new scientific resource.

Ps, who had the best response, Ada, Eimíle of me????

Pps could you tell I was picking out a snag if I had not explained it?

Recognising that I needed help from the professionals to make the most of my book launch event was an important step to allow me to focus on what I do best. The DIGG For Success team were an amazing force that helped me maximise the event and enjoy it. Truly grateful 🫶
