✨Something very special is coming to Bodhi Eden…

We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with Evolation Yoga to bring their Hot + Flow 300hr Teacher Training to our community - hosted here at the Studio + online.

And this one feels particularly special to me…

Over a decade ago, I travelled to NYC to complete Evolation’s original 500hr Hot Yoga Teacher Training. It was a huge part of my own journey + I absolutely loved it.

So to now welcome Evolation to Bodhi Eden feels like a beautiful full-circle moment ⚪️

This is a hybrid training, combining in-person + online learning - giving you the flexibility to train around your life, while also developing the skills to teach across different environments.

That versatility can be a real advantage when you’re looking towards future teaching opportunities, whether that’s in Studios, gyms, retreats, online or beyond.

The 300-hour programme is a deep dive into Hot Yoga + Flow, helping you develop your practice, teaching methodology, sequencing, knowledge + confidence as a Teacher.

Whether you’re dreaming of becoming a Teacher, already teaching + wanting to deepen your knowledge, or simply feel called to take your practice somewhere new…

Chloe discovered Yoga as a teenager on YouTube, but it was after an injury that she began to experience its deeper magic - compassionate movement, conscious breath + a greater sense of presence.

Her practice grew into something much deeper, with Yoga philosophy offering teachings that reflected how she wanted to meet the world.

Drawing from her Hatha training, with Ashtanga at its core, Chloe’s classes explore the connection between body + mind, creating space for you to move with curiosity, breathe with awareness + discover your own connection to Yoga.
