August is National Wellness Month – a great reminder to take a little time for your wellbeing.

Looking after your wellbeing doesn't have to mean doing anything strenuous. Even small activities can make a big difference to how you feel.

Whether it's enjoying a gentle walk, spending time in the garden, listening to your favourite music, doing some light stretches, or simply sitting outside for some fresh air, taking a few moments for yourself can help lift your mood and reduce stress.

Taking time to chat with family or friends, reading a book, completing a puzzle, reminiscing over old photographs, or enjoying a favourite hobby can also support your emotional wellbeing.

Remember, it's the little things we do regularly that often have the biggest impact on our health and happiness.

Sasha has been truly outstanding during her time at the Halesworth branch, consistently going above and beyond for every client she supports. Her dedication, professionalism, and compassionate approach make her a fantastic ambassador for Prestige Nursing & Care.

Leading by example, Sasha inspires her colleagues through her commitment to continuous learning, taking on additional e-learning opportunities to further develop her career while encouraging others to do the same.

Sasha has built up a great rapport with District Nurses, helping to strengthen the multi-disciplinary team ethic the Halesworth team excel at.
