Ever wondered where your creatine actually comes from?
We did. So we flew to Germany to see it for ourselves 🇩🇪

Our creatine is partnered with Creapure, made in Trostberg, and we were the first British supplement brand to ever visit their factory. They’ve believed in us as a small business since day one, and after seeing the production facilities and HQ it solidified even more why Creapure is our only creatine supplier.

Creapure creatine has a guaranteed purity of at least 99.9%, and every batch is lab tested before it’s released. It’s made on a closed production line from start to finish.

What stayed with us most was how much they care about the world around them. The area around the factory is so clean, we even went for a swim in the lakes right next to it.

Our mission is to minimise plastic wherever we can, which is why our creatine comes in compostable packaging with a stainless steel scoop. Clean inside, and better choices on the outside.

Creatine isn’t just for athletes or Olympians. It’s for anyone who wants more strength, energy and focus in their everyday life.

The hardest part of taking supplements isn’t choosing them. It’s remembering them.

Most of us start strong. A week in, life gets busy, the pouch ends up at the back of a cupboard and the habit is gone.

The fix isn’t more willpower. It’s putting your supplements where you already are.

Here are 5 simple ways to stay consistent:

1. Set a daily reminder on your phone or wearable.
2. Keep your magnesium on your bedside table, so it becomes your nightly reminder.
3. Keep sachets by the kettle or coffee machine. Your morning routine does the remembering for you.
4. Pack your creatine and electrolyte sachets in your gym bag, ready for when you train.
5. Keep a stash at your desk, so busy workdays don’t throw you off.

Small cues, built into the day you already have. That’s how a habit sticks.

Not forgetting creatine and water for a long busy day ahead 🗒️

Back to back meetings, deadlines, a poor night’s sleep. Research suggests this is when creatine matters most.

Creatine helps your cells store and recycle energy. Your muscles absorb it easily. Your brain is more selective, because the blood brain barrier slows uptake.

Studies using 10g a day have shown brain creatine levels rising by up to 10%. Creatine supports the brain especially when it’s under stress (like a busy intense day at work, or a bad nights sleep).

How to take 10g:
→ One 5g scoop in the morning
→ One 5g scoop in the afternoon

Creatine is not just for the gym. It’s for anyone whose brain works hard every day.

Save this as a reminder for your next busy week.

Where do your supplement packets go?

For most people, the answer is landfill.

When we started CHOOZY, we knew we were entering a crowded space. We didn’t want to just add another plastic tub for your cupboard.

Recyclable felt like the minimum. So we went further with compostable packaging.

It was a real struggle. We found just one factory that could fill our creatine and electrolyte sachets. And one supplier with the right material for our magnesium and creatine pouches.

But it was worth it.

For us, it starts with health. We want to cut down on microplastics wherever we can and for the planet. Packaging shouldn’t sit in landfill for years after you’ve finished with it.

Documentaries like Plastic Detox and Blue Planet have stayed with us. They’re a big part of why we keep pushing.

Our mission continues. Clean formulations of course, but compostable packaging that also doesn’t negativley impact your health or the environment for something you may take every month.

When you buy something, is your decision driven more by health or the environment? Let us know in the comments :)

Most people think creatine is just for the gym, the profound research over the years prove it’s not.

Your brain uses creatine for energy too, and it needs more of it when you’re running on empty. Early trains, back to back meetings, a bad night’s sleep.

Research shows creatine can top up your brain’s stores, which may support memory, focus and mood when you’re under pressure. One study even found it helped people stay sharper during a night of lost sleep.

This is where creatine comes to the rescue, especially on intense workdays and travel 🧳🧭

A collaboration with in Brighton by the sea celebrating World Mental Health day. Starting with yoga & breathwork, then a pilates session to warm everyone up, and then a run / walk along the seafront.

Electrolytes afterwards to hydrate and enjoy, which then followed by a talk from Paul accompanied with the waves was the most relaxing way for everyone to listen and unwind. This morning was all about relaxation and connection, and the calm energy was incredible.

New packaging launching soon so although it’s not featured in this video, we cannot wait to update you on all of this soon!

Thank you so much again to the wonderful team at Lululemon Brighton, we can’t wait to come back.

Most of us end the day the same way. Laptop open. Phone in hand. Spotlights on.

Then we wonder why our brain won’t switch off.

Here’s the evening routine we use, that never lets us down.

1. Blue light blocking glasses
Screens and bright LED lights give off blue light. Your brain reads that as daytime. Glasses that filter it help cut that signal when you still need to answer one last email.

2. Dim red light
An hour or two before bed, switch off the big lights. Red light barely registers with the cells in your eyes that track day and night. That lets your body start winding down naturally.

3. Magnesium glycinate
Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. We chose pure glycinate form because of its high absorption, and gut-friendly form and gentle on the stomach. It was the first product we ever launched, for good reason.

None of this is a magic fix. A consistent bedtime, sleep hygiene and stopping caffeine around 10-12 hours before sleep matter just as much. But a few small changes to your evening can help you feel more ready for sleep.

What does your wind down look like?
