​Today, our team was down at Library @ the Mall in Bexleyheath delivering a free Hands-Only CPR workshop, organised alongside the wonderful team at Bexley Mencap

​The biggest takeaway from the room? People genuinely want to help in an emergency, but that split-second fear holds them back. Practising those compressions together turns hesitation into confidence—because you never know when you might need to save a loved one’s life.

Over 4,200 people and counting... 💜

​We were back at Springhead Surgery recently, delivering our Dementia Awareness workshop to patients and their families. While September is World Alzheimer's Month, making our community dementia-friendly is a year-round passion for us!

​It was such a lovely, engaging session—and we'll admit, it got a little emotional. Navigating dementia is a journey, but understanding it makes a world of difference.

​Looking at the bigger picture, we are incredibly proud to share that across all of our community workshops—including dementia awareness, vital CPR training, and scam prevention—we’ve now reached more than 4,200 people in our local area. Mind-blowing! 🎉

​Want to help us make our community even safer and more informed? We run these sessions for local businesses, schools, and community groups. Just drop us a message to book yours!
