I'm a huge emotional eater, I eat when I'm sad, bored, happy, tired if fact I eat when I'm breathing🙈

This is definitely the biggest challenge I've had to face on my weightloss journey and it's not something I ever think I'll overcome but it's about learning and finding ways to help. Everyone is different, every journey is different but each day it gets easier.
