These were in my shopping basket today. I had a refreshingly cool lunch and I’ll be boiling my sweet potatoes later to make a delicious electrolyte-filled sweet water to drink.

Watermelon 🍉
Mint 🍃
Rocket leaves 🚀 (bitter taste cools the Fire Element)
Sweet potato water 🥘
Cucumber 🥒

I pair it with sitali breath, doTERRA peppermint oil on Lung 11 (outside elbow crease) and a standing swish of the arms. That’s just the way I roll, baby!
