I’ve been feeling for a while now that something needs to change, and this last week things have started to come in a little louder for me.
The guidance is really coming in strong that my feelings are right, and I am being called to bring in a slightly different energy and direction to how I work with you.

So to enable me to feel into this and listen to my intuition, I have decided to give myself permission to pause for a few weeks on sharing content here around my business, so things can come through with clarity and ease without pressure.

The timing for this is perfect, (always divinely guided!✨) as I am away on my holiday in a couple of weeks too, so not only will I be coming back with a shift for Gem’s Healing, but I’ll be fully charged too!

I am really trusting this redirection is for the greatest good for me, my business, and most importantly, for you guys too.

The whole point of this journey is that we allow ourselves to evolve, to grow, and we trust.

So I am fully, wholeheartedly practising what I preach, and hope you will stick around for what is coming in.🙏🏻💖

I am sure I will pop up on my stories every now and then, I’ll miss you all too much otherwise! But for now, content wise, the button is paused! ⏸️

Just looking back at pics from our mini break and it really got me thinking! (Nothing is surface level in my world!😂)

I bought this dress about a month before my holiday and we were in a heatwave but did I wear it? No.
Why?
Because I was waiting for my holiday!
But why do we wait?
Why do we wait for the holiday, the special occasion, the right time or event?

I am all for living for today, making the most of every moment so why do I wait to wear my favourite clothes?

What else are we waiting for?
🤔I’ll wait until I have enough money
🤔I’ll wait until I have more time
🤔I’ll wait until I feel good enough
🤔I’ll wait until no one else needs me

Why do we wait?

Wear the dress!
Do the thing!
Maybe the thing you’ve been avoiding 😉
Book the holiday!
Start the hobby!
Go for the new venture!
Put you first!

Tomorrow is not a promise, don’t wait!!

Fear is the flinch moment.

Avoidance is the pattern - the meeting we don’t book, the truth we don’t tell, the version of ourselves we don’t quite let out and be seen.
The habit we aren’t stopping, the boundary we don’t set.

The block isn’t the destination. It’s a beautifully skilled protector, your subconscious programme, showing you exactly where the old belief still lives.

So the invitation isn’t to force, It’s to get curious about it.

45 trips around The Moon 🌙 and what a beautiful weekend I had celebrating Life, Love & Friendship💖

Birthdays really get you thinking don’t they? Well they do me!
Thinking, reflecting on Life…on Me….What have I achieved? What lessons have I learnt? Am I where I want to be? You know, those kind of things, ‘the deep sh*t’ my family would probably say! 🙄😂

The way I see it is this…If we don’t reflect how will we ever stop making the same mistakes if we don’t learn from them?
How will I ever know where I want to be if I don’t reflect on where I am? Do I feel fulfilled, am I happy? So many questions and yeah I know this may be a bit deep for some, but life, tomorrow isn’t a promise.
It’s up to us to make it what we want, we can’t keep moaning about something if we aren’t doing anything to change it.
If we keep finding ourselves in the same position, what are we missing? What memo are we just not reading properly?
Absolutely no apologies if this is too cheesy but seriously…..
This isn’t a rehearsal.
Laugh till your belly hurts
Dance like no one is watching to the rhythm of your Own drum.
Show your Love to those you do, every damn day, and yes, you know it; that means yourself too. ❤️
If you’re not where you want to be, feeling the way you want, do something to change it. Don’t wait for tomorrow, next month or next year. Do something TODAY.
It doesn’t have to be a massive throwing your life up in the air move, just a small baby step in the right direction.
Be grateful. Grateful for what you had, what you have and grateful for what’s to come. Because it all plays a part in who we are and where we are in this crazy journey called Life.

Anyway, that’s nearly enough of the deep stuff!
