40 HOURS YIN YTT STARTING 31ST OCTOBER 2026!
Now, more than ever, we all need to slow down - both in our personal practice and in what we offer to our students. Yin yoga provides the perfect antidote to the fast-paced, dynamic yang styles of practice, allowing for stillness, introspection and deep release.
This training will help you:
✨ Deepen your understanding of yin yoga and how it differs from yang practices.
✨ Enhance your teaching by incorporating the wisdom of yin, offering balance to your students.
✨ Reconnect with yourself by fully embracing the student mindset - because great teachers remain lifelong students!
✨ Fulfill your Yoga Alliance continued education requirements while gaining fresh inspiration for your classes.
✨ Expand your community by learning alongside teachers from different backgrounds and training courses.
✨ Cultivate a sense of balance in your own life and practice - because we all need stillness sometimes.
Training Course Details
📅 Dates: 5 consecutive Saturdays - 31st October, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th November 2026
⏰ Time: 12:30pm - 7:00pm
📍 Location: Ashtanga Yoga Essex, Greensward Lane, Hockley SS5 5JN
💷 Investment: £745 (Deposit: £145, Balance: £600 due by 19th September 2026)
