We have two winners for our first Cedar Lodge Bi annual Excellence award 😃
Voted by families and residents, the winners are Jayne and Chloe 🙌 ⭐
Jayne’s nominations were for keeping residents engaged with her arts and crafts and her activities.
Chloe’s was for good communication, and taking time to listen.
Well done ladies 😊
The next Bi annual Excellence Award will be announced at the end of October.
Thank you for everyone who took part with the nominations, it was lovely reading the comments of why staff should be nominated 😌
Everyone does such a great job and it’s nice to give something back, no matter how big or small, it goes along way ☺️
