👏 A HUGE WELL DONE TO OUR RUNNERS-UP!👏

While our Pink Team took home the trophy this year, we couldn’t let our other fabulous teams go without a huge congratulations! 🏆

Here we go, folks… the ovens are on, the aprons are ready and the competition is officially underway! 👩‍🍳🧁

Our Briarlea Bake Off is back for another year, and we have 4 teams battling it out to be crowned this year’s champions! 🏆

There’ll be plenty of baking, a little bit of friendly competition and, hopefully, some absolutely delicious results! 😋

🌸☀️ **Briarlea Summer Fete 2026** ☀️🌸

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our Summer Fete today! 💕 We’ve had such a lovely afternoon filled with lots of fun, laughter, music and plenty of treats!

🎁 Some fabulous prizes were won, many of which were very kindly donated, so a huge thank you to everyone who supported us with prize donations — it really does mean so much.

🎶 A special thank you to Keith, who kept us entertained throughout the afternoon with some fantastic music! You helped make our afternoon extra special. ❤️

And of course, a huge thank you to all the staff, and those who helped run the stalls and make today possible. These events take a lot of work behind the scenes, and we couldn’t do it without you!

💕 **68 Years of Love & Marriage!** 💕

Today we had a very special celebration here at Briarlea as our residents came together to throw a wonderful afternoon tea party for a very special husband and wife who are celebrating an incredible 68 years of marriage! 🥂💍❤️

68 years together is such an amazing milestone — a lifetime of memories, laughter, love and, no doubt, a few ups and downs along the way! 🥰

The residents enjoyed helping to celebrate their special day with a lovely afternoon tea, plenty of treats and lots of smiles. 🧁☕🎉

A huge congratulations to you both on 68 wonderful years together. What an inspiration you are! ❤️
