2x Part Time Receptionists

Position 1- 20 hours per week (worked over 4 mornings)
Position 2- 27 hours per week (worked over 5 afternoons)

We are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and motivated team players to join our busy Reception team. You should be able to work efficiently and with good attention to detail, have strong communication skills, a customer-service ethos and be able to work flexibly.

Duties include assisting patients both face to face and over the telephone, booking appointments, dealing with general enquiries and operating the Practice’s administrative and computer systems.

Starting Salary: £12.71

ABBEY MEDICAL PRACTICE

Dispenser
Part time hours over 3 days.
We are seeking an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) qualified Dispenser to join our busy Dispensary Team.
Duties include dispensing medication, checking dispensed items, ordering of stock, dealing with customer enquires and general Dispensary duties.
The applicant must have excellent customer service skills, a conscientious approach and the ability to work flexibly within a small team. Full training on the Practice’s Dispensing systems will be provided.
Driving License is preferred.
