As we come to the end of March and head into April, we just wanted to say a huge thank you 🤍

We’re incredibly grateful to be so busy and to have such a lovely, loyal client base it really doesn’t go unnoticed. Every single person who walks through our doors and allows us to hold space for them means so much. We genuinely care about each person. 🤍

Emma has very limited availability over the coming weeks, with regular clients booked in and juggling childcare over the Easter holidays. Any last-minute appointments will always be shared on stories and via the online booking system, so do keep an eye out.

Kristi has availability on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings if you’re looking to book in.
We really don’t like turning clients away, so if you’re thinking of booking, we’d always recommend planning ahead where possible.

Kristi is our wonderful holistic therapist here at Therapy Pod.
She brings a calm, nurturing presence to the space and has a real passion for helping people slow down, relax and reconnect with themselves.
Specialising in reflexology, facials and massage, Kristi’s treatments are all about creating a deeply relaxing experience while supporting the body’s natural balance and wellbeing.
Outside of the therapy room, Kristi is happily married and absolutely adores her dogs, something you’ll quickly notice if you ever get chatting with her!
Her gentle approach, attention to detail and genuine care for her clients make her a beautiful part of the Therapy Pod team.
If you’re looking for a treatment that helps you unwind, reset and leave feeling truly looked after, Kristi is someone you’ll be in very safe hands with 🤍

✨ Let me introduce myself…

For those who are new here, I’m the person behind Therapy Pod.
My journey into this work didn’t start with massage. Almost 14 years ago, after having my first baby, I qualified as a Personal Trainer. Not long after, a life-changing accident shifted everything and sparked a deep passion for postnatal care, rehabilitation and supporting bodies through recovery.
That experience led me into sports therapy, and after building a career in the fitness industry I realised something was still calling me — a more hands-on, intuitive way to help people.
So I followed that path.
Over the years I continued studying, gaining holistic therapy qualifications and gradually shaping the approach that Therapy Pod is built on today.
Alongside pregnancies, motherhood and life evolving (7 children later!), Therapy Pod has truly become my other baby.
This work has never felt like “just a job.” Every person who walks through the door arrives with their own story — sometimes physical pain, sometimes stress, sometimes just the need to pause and breathe for a while.
Using a combination of experience, intuition and genuine care, my aim is always the same: to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel supported, listened to and able to release some of the tension your body has been holding onto.
Helping people feel lighter, calmer and more comfortable in their bodies is something that genuinely fills my cup.
So if you choose to book with me, know that you’re stepping into a space where your wellbeing truly matters.

A little update from us at Therapy Pod 🤍

Our working hours and all available appointments can be found on our online booking system. We are currently very busy, and a waitlist option is also available if your preferred time isn’t showing.
As we’ve recently experienced a high number of last-minute reschedules, cancellations and no-shows, here is a reminder of our T&Cs. Due to this increase, our policy will now be enforced for all clients.
