✨ Meet Zoe ✨

If you've ever emailed School of Bodywork, there's a good chance you've already spoken to Zoe!

As our School Administrator, Zoe is often the first person you'll connect with when enquiring about courses, booking training or exploring your next step as a therapist.

What makes Zoe particularly helpful is that she's not just part of the administration team – she's also completed many of our courses herself. That means she understands what it's like to be a student, how courses fit together and the different pathways available depending on your goals and experience.

If you're wondering which course might be right for you, whether you're completely new to bodywork or looking to develop your existing skills, Zoe is always happy to chat and help point you in the right direction.

Drop us an email and start the conversation – we'd love to hear from you.

✨ Meet the Tutor: Carly ✨

Carly is one of our Manual Lymphatic Drainage tutors and brings a unique blend of scientific understanding, practical experience and genuine enthusiasm to the classroom.

With a Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences and a background in personal training and rehabilitation, Carly developed a deep appreciation for the incredible capabilities of the human body. After retraining as a massage therapist, she discovered a particular passion for Manual Lymphatic Drainage and the profound impact it can have on health, recovery and wellbeing.

As a tutor, Carly is passionate about helping students understand both the science and the art of lymphatic work. Her supportive teaching style, combined with her belief that learning should be enjoyable, helps students build confidence while developing practical skills they can take straight into clinic.

Alongside teaching, Carly runs a busy private practice offering Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Facials and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and co-manages the Massage and Wellbeing Centre in Gandy Street.

When she's not teaching or treating clients, you'll find her enjoying movement, travel, nature, music and photography – all of which continue to inspire her appreciation for the connection between body, mind and environment.

We're incredibly lucky to have Carly as part of the School of Bodywork team.

The best training doesn't just teach techniques.

It sparks curiosity, builds confidence and changes the way you see the body.

That's what we're passionate about at School of Bodywork.

There's something special about watching practitioners begin to understand fascia in a completely new way.

For the next two days our Fascial Bodywork Diploma students continued their journey, developing hands-on skills and exploring how the fascial system influences movement, pain and function throughout the body.

We love seeing those "lightbulb moments" happen in the classroom.

Have you trained in fascial work yet?
