Just on my way to tell them what I really think about women being told they need to track calories forever to lose weight... 👀

Somewhere along the line, women have started believing that fat loss and maintenance should feel like a full-time admin job.

Don’t get me wrong, calorie awareness can be a brilliant tool.

But if your plan only works when you’re weighing every grape, scanning every barcode and avoiding social occasions, you’ve not built a lifestyle.

You’ve built a spreadsheet.

The goal isn’t to become dependent on tracking.

The goal is to learn enough about food, habits and portion sizes that you can make good decisions whether you’re at home, on holiday, out for dinner or living your actual life.

You don’t need to track every bite just because you are in a calorie deficit…because realistically you aren’t going to do that for the rest of your life.

Fat loss should give you more freedom, not less

Hands up who said they were going to be “good” once the kids are back at school?

Well…now they are…but you are finding it harder to get back into routine?

You thought you would be more motivated, more in control…

But the reality is, you are exhausted and need a break yourself!

It all feels a bit messy, you keep picking at food and your cravings are super high.

That’s normal but no one really talks about it because it’s seen as a failure!

Please remember…you don’t need a big reset or to start restricting and being 100%

You just need to focus on a couple of basics and get them back in place

How about starting with 3 main meals with protein, a little bit more movement to your step count and just simply having structure to your day rather than letting things just happen.

That’s literally all that is needed when you are struggling to get back into it.

You’ve got 6ish weeks before the little darlings are off again.

You have a small window to feel like you again and to feel better that you have this half term.

If this is the point where you’re ready to stop overthinking it and just get some structure back…

Had to share the front gardens first cut too 😂 I’m so proud of how it’s grown 😂😂 it’s almost finished, just need to plant the bushes at the front 🌳

This NKD Queen 👏🏻 She didn’t need another diet.
She just needed someone to show her where to start.

She has very busy work schedule with extremely long hours leading into huge events

Running on empty, eating “whatever’s easiest”…
…and wondering why nothing was sticking.

“I’ve tried everything… 1000 calorie diets, shakes, fasting…”
“Calorie counting feels impossible…”
“I just don’t know where to start…”

She wanted to lose weight for her wedding
but also to just feel like herself again.

Confident enough for photos.
Comfortable in her clothes.
Excited for her wedding instead of dreading it.

And the part most women miss…

It’s not that she’s doing it wrong.
It’s that everything she’s tried was never built for her life.

Because when you’ve got:
– long working hours messing with your routine
– Zero time to track, weigh, and overthink food

Of course a “perfect plan” feels impossible.

But this is exactly who we help.

There’s this idea that you’re meant to just “know” what to do when it comes to your body, food, and fat loss.

And if you don’t, you should probably just figure it out quietly…

WHICH IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING

You’re allowed to be unsure.
You’re allowed to need things explaining properly.
You’re allowed to start again more than once.

Most women don’t need more discipline at all, they need clarity and support that actually makes sense in real life.

You all have different lives and different struggles but you aren’t alone in feeling like you should just get it!

YOU SHOULDN’T

Please don’t sit in confusion or overthinking everything you’re doing, this is your sign to stop trying to piece it together alone.
