Before I joined the Army, I dreaded learning. I thought I wasn’t good at it.
But I eventually realised it wasn’t learning that I hated , it was the way I had been taught.
Every course I completed in the Army was practical, engaging and full of purpose. I enjoyed gaining knowledge because I could see how it applied in the real world.
That experience became the foundation of INSTRUCKT.
I created this business because I genuinely love teaching people. I want to create an environment where people feel comfortable, involved and confident enough to learn in a way that works for them.
Because training should be more than a certificate.
It should bring people together, build confidence and create knowledge that stays with them long after the course has finished.
