~ CHANGES DURING THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS ~

As I'm sure a lot of you already know, most of us at Zamora are working mums and we are now well into that crazy time of juggling family time with work. Although we all love our work and love seeing our clients, sometimes, during the summer holidays we just have to prioritise and say 'family comes first'. Unfortunately, with being a small business, this means that some days we'll have shorter hours or some days we'll just close.

I'm sure you will all understand these decisions, our children grow so fast so family time is so precious. On the days we are closee we can still be contacted either through DMs on Instagram or through our emails - [email protected]

Come September we will be back to normal and back to routine so please bare with us in the mean time while we enjoy these precious summer moments ☀️

~ SORRY WE'VE BEEN QUIET ON SOCIALS ~

Apologies for not having much activity on our socials recently, holiday season has well and truly kicked off and we've been extremely busy. Working long hours on top of family life and Rae's birthday I've struggled to find the time and energy to keep up with posting. Now the holidays have come round and I have a few days off here and there I'm back to sharing our great work at Zamora.

Unfortunately, we didn't win the Muddy Stilettos Award although we were extremely close! I checked the results five minutes before the deadline and we were second but only by 1%! So frustrating when we'd be leading for well over a week. But even to just to be nominated and finish second is a huge achievement and I feel very proud. Thank you so much to everyone that voted - we really appreciate every one of you 🤍

Our new therapist Felicia is doing so well amd is very booked up already. She's still offering a reduced rate on her massage while she's training so get booked in while you can!

Even though we are busy we do have some availability. If you're in need of any holiday treatments or just a little 'me time' then head over to our bio to get booked in.

✨️🌟 WE ARE FINALISTS!! 🌟✨️

So this afternoon I received a message from to notify me that Zamora is a finalist for the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2026!

I was absolutely shocked and convinced they'd made a mistake as I didn't even realise we'd had a nomination. It was no mistake. We had enough nominations to put us in the Top 10 to become finalists!!

I am absolutely over the moon!!!

Running a small business, especially now, is no mean feat. It's tough - physically, financially and mentally. Always wondering if we're doing enough and feeling everyone else is doing better.....BUT WE ARE OBVIOUSLY DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!!

We may only be a small salon but we have built an amazing clientele with some wonderful people and this is testament to that!
