Firstphysio Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Practice We are specialists in diagnostic and rehabilitative management of all musculoskeletal conditions.

Our specialised musculoskeletal physiotherapists at First Physio will provide individualised physiotherapy treatment tailored to your needs. Our physiotherapists are experienced at treating both children and adults. We are a BUPA accredited practice and registered with other major insurers. First Physio is situated within Fitness First. We welcome all patients and our clients do not have to be Fitness First members. We have a discreet waiting area and the advantage of being based at Fitness First is that we have the ability to treat and rehabilitate not only in our own private treatment room but we have access to the state of the art Fitness First gym and studio space. There is extensive on site free parking for First Physio patients. Services we provide include: Treatment of all sprains, strains and joint problems, acute injuries as well as recurring and chronic injuries treated, post-operative physiotherapy, rehabilitation for simple and complex injuries, exercise prescription, sports massage, clinical Pilates, acupuncture and therapeutic ultrasound

2026 Squash and Racketball Summer League winners: FIRST PHYSIO! What a fun and exciting night. Down to the last game played by our captain to win by 1 game overall. Sealing the double!🏆💪🏆💪🏆 The summer league incredibly includes 1414 games, 395 matches, 176 players, 37 fixtures, 12 teams, 13 players in a team. It’s an incredible competition- meeting new people, playing different opposition and as our captain says “teams win summer league, and we were one hell of a team” ❤️. Squash and Racketball summer league is twelve teams competing against each other in teams of twelve playing either squash and racketball over the last three months.
