Yay! I am now Trauma informed (body oriented) massage therapist!

What does it mean?
👉 I learned the science of trauma, stress, depression and anxiety

👉trauma is a normal nervous system response to difficult situations

👉i learned some body-based micro tools to support, calm, safety and stress release, fight or flight and freeze in every day life

👉those tools can be used anywhere
