🌼 Hay Fever Getting You Down? 🀧
Pollen levels are high, and we know many of you are feeling the effects β€” sneezing, itchy eyes, and runny noses are all common symptoms of hay fever.

πŸ’Š The good news? Most cases can be treated effectively at home.
You don’t need to see a GP for hay fever unless your symptoms are severe or not improving.

βœ… Visit your local pharmacy for advice
βœ… Try over-the-counter antihistamines and nasal sprays
βœ… Keep windows closed during high pollen times
βœ… Shower and change clothes after being outdoors

If your symptoms don’t improve with pharmacy treatments, get in touch.
