I am delighted to announce that I will be back at the Hen and Chicken on the 28th July, 2026 to deliver the latest in my series of seed talks on AuDHD and women.

Together we will explore the complex reality of AuDHD – not simply having both Autism and ADHD, but navigating the constant internal “tug of war” between two often conflicting neurotypes. Drawing on current research and lived experience, we’ll explore topics including masking, burnout and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria. Followed by a chance to ask me your own questions on the topic.

Last event was a sell out so book early to avoid disappointment.

This event will also be livestreamed, so you can join us online too!

I look forward to seeing you there!

I was delighted to contribute to a new Guardian article exploring the question: "Think your parent is neurodivergent?"

The piece shines a light on the experiences of the often-overlooked "lost generation" of neurodivergent parents and the impact this can have on family relationships and understanding.

A huge thank you to Rhiannon Evans for helping to raise awareness of this important issue and bringing these stories into the spotlight.

Fantastic event last night in Dublin The Sugar Club. Brilliant audience who were very receptive and engaging. It's clear that there is a real need for Neurodivergent support.
Many thanks to Katherine from Seed Talks for your brilliant comparing skills. Well worth the weekend trip.

In the coming weeks I am doing two more Seed Talks on Women and ADHD.

The first one is happening at Rook Chapel in Frome, Somerset on the evening of Monday 16th February.

The second is in Plymouth at the Quad Theatre, on Monday 2nd March.

Both events start at 7.30pm.

If you are in the area please do join us for what is sure to be another informative and engaging evening. I will cover topics including emotional regulation, burnout, impact of hormones and rejection sensitivity dysphoria.

I will provide lots of helpful strategies throughout to help manage everyday life. There will be a Q and A session at the end to answer any questions you may have.

The last few events have been incredibly popular so make sure you book your tickets early before they sell out.
