The effects of the energies that are coming in currently are so fast and strong and seemingly get stronger by the day! These energies are measured through solar flares, Schumann Resonance and reports also come from those who are sensitive to them.

This week has been off the charts and I amongst many have felt floored. Personally I have been exhausted, digestive issues, head pressure, palpitations and feeling emotional to name a few. A few years back it was called Ascension Flu, but I haven’t heard that talked about lately because it feels like it’s a constant these days.

I needed to be reminded today by a friend to hydrate, take gentle exercise to integrate the energies into the body, time spent in nature getting grounded and mindful, plenty of rest, time alone and good clean food.

Happy day to you all and hope your navigating these strange times with comfort, gentleness and connection ✨🩵

I’ll tell you a true story.

Once I was working with a client, a middle aged woman who normally had a gentle voice. She was having a Regression session. Then a voice that was different to her normal voice came through. That of a man.

This isn’t that common but it can happen.

This can happen in all types of therapy when the client is put into relaxation or hypnosis. It can be disconcerting if you haven’t come across it before, or even if you have it can be alarming every time!!

I asked the man who he was The voice told me “I am her father, I’ve been here for a long time. She needs me to take care of her”

So I spoke to my client and encouraged the two of them to have a chat. I helped them establish that the father being attached to her was not healthy for either of them. I performed a spirit release, and the father went off into the light with ease and happy that his daughter could arrange her own life without him!

At the end of the session my client felt something she hadn’t felt since her father had passed away.

Calm. Confident. At peace. She felt like herself again. 🙌
She also explained she felt she had been living his life since he died. Including being interested in cars!!

Most of the time, when spirit attachments are present, clients have symptoms like depression, headaches, dizziness, nightmares to name a few. As a therapist you just may have a feeling something is off.

The training is for existing therapist and covers theory, energy management, potential psychological issues, spirit detection, spirit release and screening clients.
