Great day at the Rugby Performance & Coaching Summit at Allianz Stadium. 🏉

A really valuable day of CPD alongside members of the Exeter Chiefs team, listening to some excellent speakers and gaining insight into different approaches across high-performance rugby.

Always good to step outside of the day-to-day environment, challenge our thinking, share ideas and reflect on how we can continue to develop our processes within rehabilitation, performance and return to play.

Plenty of takeaways to bring back into the environment at Exeter Chiefs as we continue to develop through the 2026/27 season.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed spending this week with the Exeter University Rugby programme, providing medical cover during the first week of pre-season.

It was a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a great group of coaches, medical and performance staff, gaining an insight into their environment, processes and the way they approach player preparation.

One of the most valuable aspects was the opportunity to build new relationships, exchange ideas and learn from experienced practitioners. Spending time in different high-performance environments is always a reminder that there is something to take away from every team and every organisation.

I’m grateful to everyone at Exeter University Rugby for making me feel so welcome. I’m looking forward to reflecting on what I’ve learnt this week and taking those experiences back into my role at Exeter Chiefs as we prepare for the 2026/27 season. Continuous learning, collaboration and sharing best practices are what drive us all forward.

Season 2025/26 Complete ✅
Stepping into a new role as Rehab Specialist this season brought plenty of challenges, opportunities and lessons along the way. Looking back now, I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to work with such a committed group of athletes and staff throughout the year.

One of the most rewarding parts of the season was helping players navigate the challenges of injury and supporting them on their journey back to playing rugby. Seeing athletes return to the pitch, perform, and contribute to the team again is what makes the long hours and hard work worthwhile.

I’m incredibly proud of what we achieved throughout the season, particularly the resilience and performances shown during the knockout stages. Equally, I’m grateful for everything I’ve learned along the way and the people I’ve had the chance to work with.
Now it’s time for a well-earned break, before we get back to work and start building towards next season.

🌟 Huge thank you to this client for such kind words. It was a real pleasure working together in the build-up to their Mont Blanc expedition.

Seeing someone go from struggling with a 10+ year ankle issue to running pain-free and ultimately summiting one of Europe’s highest peaks is exactly why I love what I do.

Excited to share that I’ve officially started my new role as Rehab Specialist with Exeter Chiefs PWR.

It’s a privilege to be working within such a high-performance environment alongside some of the best in the game. In this role, I’ll be leading the rehabilitation journey for both Senior and U23 players—helping them return to peak performance through evidence-based planning, hands-on treatment, and close collaboration with our incredible medical and performance teams.

Rehab isn’t just about recovery—it’s about rebuilding better. I’m looking forward to contributing to a culture that values long-term athletic development, precision, and care.

Thanks to everyone who’s supported me so far. Let’s get to work.
