Intuition, is both a blessing and a curse. When we are working in whatever capacity on a spiritual level with people it will be there.
In the beginning I struggled with myself over this one.
As I had worked my way through the course with the lovely Dawn SH PsychicMentor ,and fellow students my intuition increased 10 fold, but putting that into real life practice is something completely different.
Hear me out, so a person presents in a certain manner, hiding behind their mask, papering over the cracks, dealing with their own, grief, insecurities, trauma and such like.
The "I'm fine", line. But as I got into my work, I could sense there was stuff underlying, it's not my job to probe into people's personal stories, unless they instigate it.
Some people are ready to hear, what I'm getting and that's the easy part.
But there are others that I see, and I know they are not quite at the point to receive what they need to hear, and that's fine too.
But the funny thing is, the second group of people are the ones who potentially need to hear it the most.
On more than one occasion I've been given something, and in my mind I'm like I can't say that, they'll think I'm mad, or I can't say it, because I don't think they are ready - wrong.
As I'm internalising these thoughts it's often out before I know it.
Yes I have to choose how to deliver it in the most supportive manner and on the odd occasion it's been saying it like it is moments 🤣🤦🏼.
I've had to learn to trust, that this can be a pivotal point in someone's healing journey. The moment, when the mask can slip, the weight shifts, and they are supported, heard and seen, for the first time in a long time. This is not meant to expose them into rawness, it's a discernment to help them heal. I'd be doing a disservice if I held onto it. So I now trust the process.🪽
