In.element.health Weaving the magic of kinesiology and homeopathy to support your path to wellbeing

Kinesiology is a very effective way of empowering people on their health and wellness journey. Using muscle testing to identify the location and quality of stresses being held in the body, energy balancing is a gentle, non-invasive yet powerful way to find and clear whatever is causing imbalance, allowing the body to restore and heal itself. Different tools are used throughout a session and can include acupressure points, sound, essences, sprays and essential oils, among others. Sessions can be in person or via distance healing, enabling me to work with anyone anywhere in the world. I am passionate about working with and supporting women of all ages at all stages of their lives, in particular supporting and empowering women as they embark on the journey to motherhood, from getting baby ready, through fertility issues, pregnancy and birth and then supporting her and her children as they grow as a family. My aim is to focus on the whole person, not just the specifics, caring for each woman's mind, body and soul to ensure they're in true alignment.

So, what supplements do I take in a day? Do I take them every day? Do I take the same ones every day? Should you take what I take?
💊
Taking supplements is a personal choice and they can be very supportive on a healing journey. Sadly food isn’t as full of nutrients as it once was due to soil degradation, and supplements can help bridge that gap. They can also really help while dealing with acute or chronic health issues.
💊
Not all supplements are created equally and it’s important to look at the ingredients as some can have more harmful things in than helpful. My clients know I always look at the fillers and excipients to see what’s been added that may cause more harm than good. Are they synthetic? Can your body recognise and use what you’re taking? These are important considerations when spending what can be a lot of money on something that just ends up as expensive wee!
💊
When you work with me you will get a personalised recommendation of supportive supplements IF you need them. I can also check to see if your body can recognise and use what you’re taking, and if you’re taking things that conflict rather than work together. I know how $$$ they can be, so I always do my best to keep the cost as low as possible and often go through a client’s supplement graveyard to use up what’s already in the cupboard first.
💊
Does it mean you should take what I take? No! Each body is individual and so are its needs. What’s also important to include is natural light in my eyes before screens, exercise, good food and laughter! It all helps to build health 💜

Soaking up the last few days of Oz before getting on a plane ✈️ this expat life is never a simple one. Two homes about as far apart as you can get, both equally loved, each one missed when in the other 💔

This next step seems counterintuitive on the one hand, and absolutely right on the other. For how long, who knows? The door never slams shut on the way out, and in my heart I know we’ll be back. But for now, England is where we need to be and East Sussex is where we will be settling. A new area to explore and old and new friends to connect with 💜

Work wise, nothing changes except for me wrestling with time differences again for my lovely, patient Australian clients 🤦‍♀️ I’m hugely grateful for their understanding as I set off across the world again for a bit. And thankfully location is no object for those who feel called to work with me.
🌏
I’m off for a few weeks, getting things set up and skipping off to Paris for a week 🇫🇷 but I’m back seeing clients from Wednesday 26 June. 💫

Once more aboard a plane. In two weeks I’ll be somewhere between Singapore and Australia 🇦🇺 10 months of UK life are being sorted through, boxed up and packed ready for the pong to my earlier ping across the hemispheres. I truly do embody the label of ping pong Pom.
🇬🇧 🏓 🇦🇺
What a crazy old 10 months it’s been 🎢 with many lows and some real highs, it’s sure been a ride. The joy of the internet means it doesn’t really matter where I live if you want to work with me, as long as we can negotiate the time difference.
💻
Thank you to everyone who stuck with me throughout the move, who embraced odd appointment times and me trying to figure out the time differences. You’d think I’d be a whizz at it by now with all the practice, but apparently not 🤦‍♀️
So, for all my Australia-based people, we’ll be back to daytime appointments! In-person sessions will be available for those able to get to the Sunshine Coast once I’ve found a house. And in the new year I’ll be heading to Melbourne to do some in-person appointments. More on that to come. First things first ☝️
✈️
As I negotiate the boxes and the mixed feelings, I’ve been thinking on this quote: “If you’re brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello” - Paulo Coehlo 💜

As we hurtle towards the end of the year, I find myself needing to put a message up about Christmas appointments, availability and dates for next year. I can’t quite believe it’s that time of year already. I feel like I need at least a month before I get to this point, but I guess time does funny things when you’re racing against time to get walls painted and carpets fitted.
🤶
So, this is a gentle note that appointments are booking up for December. I’m working up until Monday 19 December (then the carpets go down 🤞), and back on Monday 9 January.
🎄
If you’d like to book in before Christmas, I do have a few times left, but it’s getting pretty tight. Please message me for availability.
❄️
And, of course, a huge thank you to all my clients for allowing me the privilege to work with you, support you, laugh and cry with you, and for sticking with me as I move my life around the world for a bit. So grateful 🙏 💗💫

The carpet doctor will see you now 😆 for those who don’t know, we were supposed to be moving into our house last week after arriving back from Australia, having rented it out while we were away. But when we walked in the door it quickly became apparent the house had been trashed. So, today’s the day the carpets go, full of mould and wet with dog urine 🤢 fun times 👍 and this is just the beginning. It’s going to be a long road before we’re able to move in, and we have mountains to climb, but there’s not much good chocolate, good company and good tunes can’t help with. Onwards and upwards ⛰ 🔨 🧽 👃 💩
