Self-love and self-care aren't luxuries. They're necessities. And yet, so many of us put ourselves last, pouring into others until there's nothing left.

Whether it's five minutes of quiet, a walk in the fresh air, a nourishing meal, or simply saying no to something that drains you every small act of care adds up.

You can't pour from an empty cup. So please, take a moment for yourself today. You deserve it just as much as anyone else.
