Using my knowledge and love of fitness and passion for yoga practise you will find a yoga class to inspire and challenge the body and soul. Using Mala Beads to meditate is a great way to introduce meditation to

Reboot and get your 2026 started with a little bit of fire in your belly to transform into a positive New Year 🙏

Bookings open and spaces available for all different accomodation types. With deep practises, workshops and spiritual teachings it will be a full week to learn and deep dive.

Flights in January very reasonable. Retreat includes accomodation, all yoga, food and drinks (non alcoholic)
