My thoughts, I have penned down:

🤷‍♀️Many women silently carry the emotional and physical burden of married life, balancing household duties, work pressure, expectations from husbands, and adjusting with in-laws.

Constant stress and lack of emotional support can increase levels, leading to anxiety, exhaustion, hormonal imbalance, and poor mental health.
When are unequally shared, often neglect their own health while trying to keep everyone else happy. A healthy marriage should bring partnership and peace, not overwhelming pressure that slowly affects a woman’s well-being.

📖MUST READ: LOADS OF INFORMATION📚✨:

Wrinkle relaxing treatment: They do wonders for the face, rejuvenates the face.
The wrinkles are caused by repeated, habitual muscle contraction over time. Injection sites: Forehead, glabellar region means frown area, crow's feet means sides of eyes.

1️⃣ The eyebrows should not go up and make a spock like appearance!

2️⃣ Some movement should be there. Reason: Frozen face is a giveaway sign, that you had wrinkle relaxing treatment done 🙂
But then, It's your choice, how you want your want your face to be❗️

3️⃣ Dynamic lines are treated with the toxin injection, but static lines will only soften, they won't disappear.

4️⃣ REACHING A PLATEAU means BECOMING IMMUNE: There are many who want to have injections earlier than 3months and they are at risk of becoming IMMUNE to this toxin.
🔯When the injection enters our body, as it is a TOXIN, it produces antibodies- to fight the toxin. Because, it is in small amount, does not mean, that antibodies are also in small amount.
🔯In 3 months time, they disappear, and then you have another dose of wrinkle relaxing injections.
🔯Those, who have before the 3 months duration, the previous antibodies present will attack the toxin to nullify it.
So, think and STAY PUT until 3months‼️
Otherwise, you can pour this toxin on yourself or take a shower🌧, still you will be unaffected‼️DO NOT TAKE UNNECESSARY RISKS❗️

5️⃣ Some have effects which last until 4-5months❗️😊 I have a few ladies, who come in 4-6 months, as there face remains wrinkle-less.😇😇

6️⃣ WRINKLE RELAXING FOR LADIES 60 AND OVER🕑: According to a clinical trials, since the elderly are more likely to have thinner and less elastic skin, weaker facial muscles, and wrinkles that over time are caused by gravity-induced tissue sagging rather than muscle contraction, the elderly are not expected to respond as well to BTX-A treatment.

The site of injection also warrants special considerations in the older patients/clients.
⏩Treatment of forehead lines: would require injections to the frontalis muscle, which many older people use to raise their eyebrows and eyelids to see.

⏩Older patients/clients may also have extra skin under the brow, MEANS THEY ALREADY HAVE PTOSIS, KNOWN AS: PSEUDO-PTOSIS, which could be worsened by wrinkle-relaxing injections. Ptosis means drooping of eyelid.

⏩Older patients who receive wrinkle-relaxing injections for glabellar lines (frown area), may be more at risk for complications such as eyelid ptosis if they have a reduced or absent orbital septum (see picture).

⏩Due to thinner skin in older patients, there is risk of more bruising.

⏩Drugs and products, which thin the blood by inhibiting/preventing clotting are:
♦️Vitamin E,
♦️Aspirin,
♦️Clopidogrel,
♦️warfarin,
♦️Nonsteroidal means anti-inflammatory drugs such as:
💊 Ibuprofen, 💊Naproxen and 🌿herbal products such as Ginseng, Ginko biloba, and Garlic.
These products should be stopped at least 2️⃣ weeks(~10-14 days) before the wrinkle relaxing injections💉

♦️Warfarin is taken for heart conditions and patients SHOULD NOT STOP it without consultation with their CARDIAC DOCTORS. People with valve replacement, CANNOT stop the medications❗️
Here, I say, TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEART❤️, which is important to live.
Wrinkle relaxing injections areNOT NEEDED FOR YOU and as YOU CAN live without them‼️

⏩ Conservative dosing, injection of low volumes, and proper placement of the injection can reduce the possibility of spread of the toxin to unintended muscles.

Some Facts about Lemon Bottle:

I am aware of the and have been approached by some individuals to offer it at my clinic, but I have always declined politely. During my , I made sure to explain in detail that the Lemon Bottle is neither CE-marked nor approved by the .

It is risky ladies! Not scientifically proven.

There are significant risks associated with injecting these substances into your body. Since these products are available over the counter, non-medical professionals, including beauticians, are administering them across the .
As a result, there have been numerous complications arising from their use.
The injections may lead to complications such as:
a) Haematomas, or blood collection at the injection site due to wrong technique
b) Skin necrosis, which is the death of skin at the injection site or wherever the substance spreads inside the body.
Let’s take a closer look at some of the known ingredients in the Lemon Bottle:
* Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): This vitamin metabolizes fat, but the body can only store small amounts of it, so excess riboflavin is excreted through urine, which turns a bright neon yellow color.
* Bromelain: -This proteolytic enzyme, derived from the stem of pineapple, breaks down proteins—not fats. It also inhibits blood clotting, which could increase the risk of bleeding, haematomas, or other complications if injected incorrectly.
* Lecithin: While lecithin supplements have been shown to help lower cholesterol, it does not break down fats from your diet or in your blood. Lecithin actually modifies cholesterol levels in the liver by increasing certain enzymes and decreasing others, which can lead to reduced total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. However, this effect does not directly relate to fat breakdown through injection.

When I recommend exercise🤸‍♀️ as a safer alternative, many people may frown😠 because they expect quick results with minimal effort.
However, the safest option for your body is always the best one.
Your body is sacred, and it’s crucial to be mindful of what you put in it, whether it’s food or injectable substances.

Regulatory agencies like the MHRA and FDA exist to protect our health and keep us safe.

As an adult, you sign an informed consent form before proceeding with any treatment. But here’s the real question: are you truly well-informed⁉️
If you care about your body, why take the risk when the medical community is urging caution❓

I urge clinics and salons that offer these injections to answer these questions: Why? And where is the evidence? No clinical trials have been conducted to establish the safety or efficacy of the Lemon Bottle🚫.

needed 3 sessions for tear trough, surprised to see the

Update of lips hyalase- 2nd session done on Monday. 4 days after pictures.
The lady is over the moon to find her original lips back.
Will take a few weeks to heal. Bruising gone already.

Lady wants them to be done which I will do in a few weeks.

Public needs to be aware of what is the right way of having lip fillers.
I see so many ladies having such huge pouts and migration of fillers on their white areas and inside of lips as well causing lumps. But, it’s sad to see that ladies are happy with their appearances.
Wake up and stop overfilling your lips.
Only so much can be accommodated in the lips according to the space available naturally.
Take care of face and maintain the beauty instead of having an ALIEN look!

Before and After - Normalising lip results.
This lovely patient had her lips overfilled - the practitioner used two syringes (2ml) of filler which resulted in distortion, over-projection and spread/migration (class 4).
At my Normalisation Clinic, I dissolved the patient’s fillers using hyaluronidase and treated her chin followed by her lips.
Like all other areas of the face, lips should never be treated in isolation; enhancing the presenting lip shape (rather than changing it to a different shape) brings out the individual’s ideal lip type while maintaining normal function.
