After every appointment an automated Friends and Family Test (FFT) gets sent to each patient via SMS. This is a contractual requirement that all GP practices undertake and the first 2 questions are set by NHS England. The FFT allows patients to provide feedback on their experience which can be used to improve our services.

Walk-In Mole Clinic Update (Thursday 27th August 2026)

Unfortunately, this Thursday’s Mole Clinic has been cancelled.
