*Infant Massage classes. From birth to crawling. I run classes which consist of 5 x 1- 1 1/2 hr sessions over 5 weeks.

Nurturing touch 💙
*swimming - group lessons, 121 lessons, pool parties
* Story Massage I qualified as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) in 2015 with the IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage). I run these courses in Exmouth and the surrounding areas. Courses available are group, 1-2-1, or hosted groups. These classes are beneficial to baby and parent and can help parents/ca

regivers to bond with the baby. Also may :
- help to improve sleep
- help strengthen immune system
- help relieve wind/colic
- enhance communication

All classes are demonstrated by myself on a realistic doll and the parent/caregiver massages their baby. At no time will anyone else massage your baby. If your baby is asleep you can practice on a doll. also sessions for story massage, tummy time, children's reflexology programme and weleda natural skincare and products

This week is Infant Massage awareness week. We will share posts throughout the week to bring awareness to this wonderful nurturing touch.

Infant Massage Awareness Week begins today - on 1st June

Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing educational posts celebrating the many ways infant massage supports babies, parents, instructors and families around the world.

Together, we’ll explore:
• bonding and attachment
• baby communication
• emotional regulation
• respectful touch
• the role of Infant Massage Instructors
• the lasting impact of connection in early childhood

We’ll also be celebrating the incredible IAIM community and honouring Vimala McClure, founder of the International Association of Infant Massage.

Infant massage is more than a technique.
It is communication through touch, presence and relationship.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you.
