The energy in the room was truly beautiful, and witnessing the shifts, releases, and moments of deep peace that unfolded was simply phenomenal. It is always such a privilege to hold space and to witness each person's unique journey.

I am so incredibly grateful for the trust you place in me. It means more than words can express. Being surrounded by such kind, open-hearted, and like-minded souls is something I never take for granted.

A heartfelt thank you as well for all of your wonderful feedback. Your kind words are always deeply appreciated. Your feedback not only means so much to me personally, but it also helps me to continue learning, growing, and creating an even more meaningful experience each time I hold space.

I hope you've all had a wonderful July and have been keeping well despite the heat! It's certainly been a hot one, hasn't it? I'm looking forward to the temperatures dropping just a little!

I just wanted to pop on and say that I'm really looking forward to facilitating my next Sound Bath on Monday 3rd August.

At the moment I still have plenty of spaces available. I know it's the middle of the summer holidays and many people are away, so if you know anyone who might benefit from taking an hour just for themselves—to rest, relax, unwind, and simply be held in a peaceful, nurturing space—I would be so grateful if you could share this with them.

✨ What an incredibly beautiful evening! ✨💕

My heart is so full after tonight's Sound Bath. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along and gifted themselves this time to rest, receive and simply be. 🙏🏻

The energy in the room was truly incredible. Watching everyone relax into the healing vibrations and intuitively channelled vocal sound frequencies was such a privilege. Every Sound Bath is unique, but this evening felt especially magical, filled with love, connection, peace and beautiful souls coming together with open hearts.

I feel deeply honoured to hold this space for you all, and I'm so grateful we shared such a special experience together. Thank you for your trust, your presence and your willingness to receive. It means more than words can express. 💛

✨ What a Beautiful Evening of Sound Medicine ✨

Tonight's Sound Bath was a truly special experience, and I am feeling so grateful for everyone who joined me on this journey. 💖

The feedback has been incredible. Participants shared experiences of physical symptoms—both known and previously unnoticed—surfacing during the session and then easing as the sound journey came to a close. Others spoke about feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and energetically rebalanced.

The addition of live vocals brought an entirely new dimension to the experience, creating a powerful and immersive atmosphere that touched people on physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels. Every person had their own unique experience, which is one of the beautiful gifts of sound healing.

One of the most powerful aspects of sound healing is its ability to support and regulate the nervous system. Through soothing frequencies and vibration, the body is encouraged to move from a state of stress and overwhelm into one of rest, relaxation, and restoration. It was wonderful to witness people leaving the session feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to themselves.

I was also honoured to be asked about offering a talk and demonstration, which is something I am excited to explore further. ✨

After spending the last six years focused on full-time motherhood, returning to my own practice and sharing the healing power of sound with the community feels incredibly meaningful. Sound and music have always been at the heart of my life, and it brings me so much joy to witness how they can unite people, create connection, and support wellbeing.

Thank you to everyone who attended and trusted me to guide you through this experience. Your openness, presence, and feedback mean the world. 🙏💫
