COMBINATION therapy uses a combination of treatment modalities as seen below for optimal results. However all treatments can be used as standalone.

💆🏻‍♂️Sports massage: Hands-on therapy to reduce muscle tension, improve recovery, and enhance performance.
🍶Dry cupping: Suction cup therapy used to relieve muscle tension and improve blood flow.
🔧Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM): Handheld tools used to treat soft tissue restrictions and improve mobility.
🧴Soft tissue manipulation: Manual techniques used to reduce pain, improve movement, and restore muscle function.
🥁Percussive therapy: A handheld massage device used to reduce muscle soreness and aid recovery.
