☕💚 You are invited! 💚☕

Greens Funeral Services are delighted to once again be supporting Macmillan Cancer Support by hosting our Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday 25th September 2026, from 10am until 2pm, at our Witney office, 32 Corn Street, Witney, OX28 6BL.

Come along for refreshments in our relaxed, family-friendly home, meet our team and enjoy a chance to catch up with members of our local community.

We will also be holding a raffle, with some fantastic prizes kindly donated by local businesses. Raffle tickets can be purchased at £1.00 per ticket, during the morning or in advance from our Witney office.

Everyone is welcome, and we would love for you to join us for a cuppa, a chat and a great cause. 💚

August Bank Holiday Office Opening Hours

Whilst our offices may be closed over the August Bank Holiday, we always have a Funeral Director available, 24 hours a day.

There is something incredibly special about finding a way to preserve the flowers that marked the life and passing of someone we love.

With permission from the family, Beth Ellison Art and Framing, and Beesley Blooms Florist, Greens Funeral Services is honoured to share these photographs with you, showcasing a beautiful and deeply personal way of remembering a loved one.

Beth created this beautiful painting from the flowers that honoured her beloved grandfather. Beth describes the experience so beautifully:

“I don’t think there is a more beautiful way of commemorating life, love and death than with flowers. All beautiful things must come to an end, but through paint, they may be immortalised. It felt particularly special to be able to create this painting, the flowers belonging to my beloved grandfather.”

What a beautiful way to honour a loved one and turn something so meaningful into a lasting memory.

Every funeral tells a story, and we believe it should reflect the life and personality of the person being remembered.

For a recent service, we had the privilege of using Trudy, a beautifully restored Morris Minor Hearse, kindly hired from Mortons Funeral Hire. This unique vehicle was the perfect choice to honour a gentleman whose love of classic cars and appreciation for vintage style were an important part of who he was.

By incorporating Trudy into the funeral, we were able to create a fitting and personal tribute that celebrated his character and interests, ensuring his final journey was as individual as the life he lived.

At Greens Funeral Services, we are proud to help families create meaningful farewells, with thoughtful touches that truly reflect the person they love.
