Understanding ADHD and How Hypnotherapy Can Support You
ADHD is not something that needs fixing.
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition, meaning your brain processes information differently.
Hypnotherapy is not a cure for ADHD, nor is it a replacement for medication or other professional support. Instead, it can be one part of your support toolkit, helping you manage some of the challenges that often accompany ADHD, such as anxiety, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation and difficulty switching off.
My aim is to help you understand your brain, work with your nervous system, and develop practical tools that make everyday life feel calmer and more manageable.
How hypnotherapy may help:
Calm an overactive nervous system Improve sleep and relaxation
Improve emotional regulation Strengthen confidence and self-belief
Reduce stress and anxiety Quiet racing thoughts
Develop healthier habits and routines
Build resilience and self-understanding
ļæ½The tools we may use together

ļæ½What to expect:
There is no quick fix. Change happens gradually through repetition, practice and learning new ways of responding to life's challenges.
Together we'll focus on building practical skills that you can continue using long after therapy has finished.Remember...
You are not your ADHD.
Your brain simply works differently, bringing both challenges and strengths.
My role is to support you in understanding those differences, regulating your nervous system and helping you make the most of the strengths you already have. š©·
