Please remember to:
💧 Keep hydrated and drink plenty of water
🧴 Protect your skin and use sun cream
🧢 Wear suitable, comfortable clothing and consider sun protection
🌳 Take opportunities to keep cool and take breaks where possible
☀️ Be mindful of signs of heat exhaustion and speak up if you’re struggling
