When I first became a Weight Loss Consultant, I thought my role would be helping people lose weight.

What I didn't realise was how many incredible friendships I would gain along the way ❀️

So many of the people in these photos, and ones not pictured, came to me looking for support with their weight loss journey. Somewhere between the weekly check-ins, the laughs, the tears, the celebrations and the life chats, they became so much more than clients.
