Falkirk Transitions Information Evening 2026

Are you a young person with additional support needs, a parent, carer, or professional supporting someone through the transition to adulthood?

We have got three information evenings coming up, the first being in Falkirk
📍 Location: Bailliefields Community Hub
📅 Date: Thursday 24 September 2026
⏰ Time: 6:30pm to 9:00pm

This free event brings together a wide range of organisations and services that can provide information and support.

The evening will include a some short presentations from ARC Scotland, Mailers Solicitors and ILF Scotland. We will also hear from a family who recently went through transition to adult services. Then there will be an opportunity to meet organisations including
Forth Valley Sensory Centre, Forth Valley College, Sds Forth Valley, Butterfly Day Centre SCIO, Wee Country Respite Care, D2 The Creative Centre, Cosy Wee Tours Ltd, Falkirk Citizens Advice Bureau

We have some great events to attend soon and some great short breaks coming up very soon!!
